Even now, we are always looking for new ways to improve and expand our product line to better serve you. However, we also understand that occasionally you may wish to return one of our products if for whatever reason you are not satisfied. Please refer to the following return policies when deciding to do so.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Flomotion online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within seven (7) days of receipt of purchase. Please contact Flomotion to obtain a return authorization number. Once received, send the items, return authorization number, and original sales receipt in the return shipment. Return/exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid, preferably UPS. Your card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be emailed to your account (return merchandise received after seven (7) days of receipt of purchase or without sales receipt will only be given current online store price credit, less the initial shipping charges). Restocking fees may apply.
