Looking into the matter, we processed the full refund of $31.84 for the item that was out of stock. $25 of the refund was refunded the 'Shop Cash' which was what was used to purchase a portion of your order, and the remaining $6.84 was refunded to the Credit Card that was used. Unfortunately we cannot dictate where the refund goes, rather it goes back to the payment methods used to place the order. Either-way you should have received $31.84 in total back to you, $25 of which was 'Shop Cash'. Please let us know if this is incorrect in any way.
